I’m the strategist standing behind many leaders who are changing the world. I’m a woman, daughter, wife, and mother— all of which imbue my perspective and consulting. I value aliveness, grace, courage, humanness, and the immense beauty of the living system of our world.
As an entrepreneur for most of my career, I spent most of my time creating and building, not consulting. This deepens my understanding of what it takes for my clients to juggle the demands of running a business and building a life. I don’t believe in balance; I believe in integration. As we bring more of the wholeness of who we are to to each part of life, the impossible becomes possible, and a rich, imperfect and deeply beautiful harmony can emerge.
I have bootstrapped two of my own startups; raised over $12M in funding; sold my business to a public company in 2008, and consulted with over 1,000 business owners and executives in my career. I come from a family of business owners, and have personally worked in both product and service businesses across many industries, including consumer brands, online education, not-for-profit organizations and e-commerce, early education, fitness, well-being, franchise and technology.
I am a stand for building Business WITH Life, guiding women to wield their authentic power, and creating real communities of support-- like this one. The Fire Circle has existed in several forms (in-person, online, inside companies) for well over a decade, and I can’t wait to share in this experience with you. We will grow, laugh, connect, get real, and manage the many transitions of business and life, like the jedis we are… and it will be more fun and easier, doing it together.
