What is IGNITE?

Our Ignite Retreat is a 2-day small group program on leading powerfully and authentically from your unique strengths.  It is designed for senior executives and business owners who believe in a new model of leadership-- where you achieve business and personal goals without the costs to your personal well-being.  As part of our program, we share creative approaches to business development, dive into a realistic model for leading with influence, and leave you with a practical formula for creating a meaning-driven culture in your company.  Connect in person with other like-hearted women around the real issues we face… and more importantly the real-world solutions to support your growth.

CREATE.  Ignite your energy… your ideas… your business… and your life. We are fans of inspirational and experiential learning.  Translation: We work together (and play together!) during this course and you leave ready to act on what you’ve created.

PROGRESS.  Lasting results are produced starting in the first day.  They become integrated in the day after you leave, and the day after that… and well, you get the idea.  We support you with a follow on personal coaching session, and an opportunity to join one of our PROSPER GROUPS.

What is my investment?

The investment for the Ignite Retreat is $895.   This fee includes all attendance costs, including materials, daytime meals, workouts (yes, we workout together!) and your follow-up coaching session. 

Most importantly, when you invest in your continuing education, you are also supporting the next generation of women leaders through our partnerships.  We contribute financial resources and mentoring hours to Heart of Leadership, a 501c3 organization focused on supporting teen girls to become leaders who transform our world, and Whatever It Takes, a 501c3 social entrepreneurship program for high-school students to create sustainable, purposeful projects and companies.
