Our Ignite Retreat is a 2-day small group program on leading powerfully and authentically from your unique genius. It is designed for women CEOs, senior executives and business owners who believe in a new model of leadership-- where you achieve business and personal goals without the costs to your personal well-being. As part of our program, we share creative approaches to business development, dive into a realistic model for leading with influence, and leave you with a practical formula for creating a meaning-driven culture in your company or business. Connect in person with other like-sprited women around the real issues we face… and more importantly the real-world solutions to support your growth.

What is my investment?
The investment for the Ignite Retreat is $1295 for a dayrate and overnight rates are also available. This fee includes all attendance costs, including materials, daytime meals, and workouts (yes, we workout together!).
Most importantly, when you invest in your own continuing education, you are also supporting the next generation of women leaders through our partnerships. We contribute financial resources and mentoring hours to Heart of Leadership, a 501c3 organization focused on supporting teen girls to become leaders who transform our world, and Whatever It Takes, a 501c3 social entrepreneurship program for high-school students to create sustainable, social-impact projects and companies.
