What is the JumpStart?

JumpStart: PURPOSE, PROFIT, AND YOU is a 2 day immersive business development and integrated personal leadership program for women who are up to big things in life.  Our Forums teach you to lead with influence, create a meaning-driven career or company, and optimize your personal wellness in every dimension- all while you achieve your goals.  Connect in person with other like-minded women around the real issues women face… and more importantly the real-world solutions to support our growth.  

Whether you’re ready to start a new venture or you have an established career and are ready to grow, our experiential learning environment is designed to support your “JUMP” up to the next level.  Align with your passionate purpose and natural leadership strengths. Create the infrastructure and practical business skills necessary to lead authentically in your current work environment.  Learn to weave the purposeful with the personal:  we create a deep understanding of your own well-being and vitality, which are precursors to big time business success.  Leave ready to take action on your next move.

Our JumpStart Forum also includes a personal coaching session and 2 peer coaching sessions.  Our goal is to help you integrate the learned material into your own life, in your own way.

CREATE.  Ignite your energy… your ideas… your business… and your life. We are fans of inspirational and experiential learning.  Translation: We work together (and play together!) during this course and you leave ready to act on what you’ve created.

PROGRESS.  Lasting results are produced starting in the first day of JumpStart.  They become ingrained in the day after you leave, and the day after that… and well, you get the idea.  We support you with an actionable 60-day workbook, in addition to 1 individual and 2 peer-coaching sessions. 

What is my investment?

The investment for the JumpStart Forum is currently $995 as a day participant, and $1295 in conjunction with one night stay on property.   This fee includes all attendance costs, including materials, daytime meals, workouts (yes, we workout together!) and your follow-up coaching sessions. We offer a 2- part payment plan with no additional charge.  Reserve your spot for $600 today and pay the balance 10 days before the workshop.  

Most importantly, when you invest in your continuing education, you’re also supporting the next generation of women leaders through our partnerships.  We contribute financial resources and mentoring hours to Heart of Leadership, a 501c3 organization focused on supporting teen girls to become leaders who transform our world, and Whatever It Takes, a 501c3 social entrepreneurship program for high-school students to create sustainable, purposeful projects and companies.
