In the CEO Foundations Program, Ash Robinson will personally guide you through weekly live video meetings where you receive insight, direction, and practices that build on one another. Our format allows you to learn, then return to your business and implement on a weekly basis. We will take your business to the next level by shaping each session to your current business and leadership needs.

Over the course of six weeks, we will unpack and implement the strategic pillars and corresponding practices on which you are building your company’s future:
01. Genuine Leadership: Dive into self reflection through the lens of the leader you are in your business. Understanding your own patterns, key drivers and impact on others. Stretching into best practices for your unique style of leadership and building culture in your company.
02. Data Dive: Step back to take an objective look at the flow of customers, cash and key trends in your business. How to effectively use your monthly financial statements to drive strategy. Identify three predictive indicators specific to your business.
03. Market View: Organizing for efficiency, or a future exit. The case for niching UP while widening your perspective. Refine your purpose and understand your external industry and ecosystem to create tangible value.
04. Planning and Resourcing: Learn our 3x3x3 to simplify and streamline a collaborative strategic planning process, and build the foundation for your company’s Resourcing Roadmap.
05. Relationships: Managing both external and internal (employee) stakeholder relationships drives the success of every CEO. Learn the building blocks and skills to increase trust, partner well, and transmit this connection and accountability organization-wide.
06. Process: Design your company and team to function toward success and sustainability. Improve efficiency and handoffs, and manage change well to drive long term performance while creating a culture that people want to be a part of.
